I started this blog in 2009, intending to chronicle my journey to publication and help other pre-published authors by sharing what I’d learned along the way. I’ve enjoyed sharing my adventures (and misadventures) and hope others have found them beneficial and entertaining.
That being said, all journeys must come to an end, so this will be my final post on maurabishop.com. Not because I have given up writing, but because I am soon to embark on a new adventure — as a published author!

If you’ve stopped by recently, you probably noticed that the site was down for a while. The HH was making some improvements to our server and needed me to take a temporary hiatus. Sorry about the mess!
Now that the upgrades are complete, I’m up and running again and should have a couple of new posts to share in a few days. So check back soon!
